How to use the Information Library
Browsing from the information library homepage
From the information library homepage, browse resources grouped by category. Click the ‘View all’ button to see all resources within your chosen category.
Using filters
1. Use the drop-down filters to find resources by:
Category (such as Health & Safety).
Type (such as Certification).
Location (such as Eti Soda).
2. Add multiple options from the drop-down filters to enhance your search.
3. Your search results will appear in real time as you add or remove filter options.
Quick search by name
Type one or more words into the search box to find results that match the name of the resource.
Sorting your results
Results are automatically sorted by relevance. Use the drop-down list to sort results alphabetically or in date order.
Clear your search
To clear your search, either click the ‘x’ next to each chosen filter, or use the ‘Clear all’ option.
Viewing archived documents
The information library displays the current or most up-to-date versions of resources such as certificates and policies. By ticking the checkbox, you can view archived versions of these resources.
