WE Soda Ltd (“WE Soda”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamer Bozacı as global Chief Operating Officer with effect from 1 March 2026.
Tamer joins WE Soda with almost 30 years of operational and strategic management experience in advanced materials, having held senior operational and commercial leadership roles in Türkiye and internationally within the Dow-Aksa carbon fibre joint venture since its formation in 2012 and, prior to this, various engineering leadership roles at Aksa Akrilik in Türkiye.
In his new role, Tamer will be based in London and he will oversee the Group’s global manufacturing operations at Eti and Kazan in Türkiye and at Westvaco and Granger in Wyoming, US. Tamer will also be responsible for the operational management of our global ports, warehouse and logistics facilities, working in partnership with the global commercial leadership team and Oğuz Erkan, our Chief Commercial Officer.
